Well we took 3 weeks off over Christmas this time and so getting back into the swing of a new year has been that little more challenging! But here we are, with what feels like only just catching up, ready to take on 2023! As a teacher and studio owner, you always aim to make the year less chaotic than the last but i just don't think this is within a dancer's blood! We are always excited by busy-ness, movement and opportunities and so of course this year is looking just as busy and as fun as 2022!

It's almost competition season and we are currently preparing, rehearsing and completing choreographies/ changes. From there we go onto to our Summer Showcase! Along with pushing P.A.N.D.A 's foundations and creating more of a community hub with new ideas and movements, performances and introducing our new Heels Company, 'RK Heels Repertoire', it's enivatble that plenty of coffee, self-care and good health is needed to complete 2023 with balance, peace, careful thinking and new creative flows.
